Manchester City midfielder, Rodri, has said Phil Foden can become the “best English player in history”. Rodri was reacting to Foden winning the PFA Player of the Year award on Tuesday night. The England midfielder won the prize, thanks to a stunning season with Pep Guardiola’s side. Foden scored 19 goals in 35 appearances as City clinched the Premier League title for a fourth straight season.
