A 15-year-old boy was killed in Russian shelling on southern Ukraine, Ukrainian authorities said on Tuesday. Three more minors were injured in the attack on a “children’s cafe,” the governor of the Zaporizhzhya region, Ivan Fedorov, wrote on Telegram.
