Islamic State’s West Africa Province (ISWAP), has reportedly concluded plans to launch an online radio broadcast station titled “Radio Raeed” to its range of propaganda channels. Zagazola Makama, a counterinsurgency expert and security analyst in Lake Chad, said the move is likely aimed at targeting more people in the North East to join its ranks.
