The Ebonyi State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has expressed dismay over the party’s non-participation in the Saturday Local Government elections, blaming the development on its leadership crisis. The elections were held in the 171 wards of the 13 councils of the state. PDP Chairman, Caretaker Committee in the state, Mr Steve Oruruo, said that the party was not happy with the situation.
