Olumide Akpata, the Labour Party candidate in the Edo State governorship election has stated that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has no excuse to fail in conducting a transparent election. Akpata stated this on Saturday after he cast his vote at polling unit 11, ward in Oredo Local Government Area of the State.
