Two speeding drivers are among the latest cases to appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court. Takis Charles Peter Sarris, 47, of Main Street, South Muskham, admitted speeding. Sarris drove a BMW at a speed exceeding 30mph on Kings Mill Road/Kirkby Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield, on August 28, 2023. He was fined £553, and ordered to pay costs of £311. Three points were added to his record. Alfie Jake Kupinskyj, 20, of Greaves Lane, Edingley, also pleaded guilty to speeding during an appearance at court, and was sentenced the same day.
