The Florida Lottery announced today that Floyd Horner, Jr., from Tega Cay, South Carolina, claimed a $1 million POWERBALL prize from the February 1, 2023 drawing. Horner’s ticket matched all five white ball numbers but missed the Power Ball. The winning ticket was purchased at the RaceTrac on US Highway 27 in Lake Wales, Florida. The retailer will receive a $1,000 bonus commission for selling the lucky ticket.
