There are concerns for the welfare of a vulnerable missing pensioner. Malcolm Phyall, 78, was last seen in Ramsgate High Street at around 11.20am this morning. Police say he may appear confused and are concerned for his welfare. He is around 5ft 10ins and of medium build, with white hair. Malcom wears glasses and was dressed in a navy-blue jacket. He was carrying a green carrier bag. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call 999 quoting reference 21-0538.
