A variation of a popular ice cream dessert has netted residents at a care home a runners-up prize in a national competition. Staff and residents at Hickathrift House in Marshland St James put their heads together to come up with a prize-worthy creation based on the favourite Knickerbocker Glory. Using their cooking experience and talent they used ingredients such as Millac Gold double cream, vanilla extract, sugar, and lots of chocolate, to create the Hickabocker Glory.
