A refugee boat with more than 20 people on board has capsized in the Aegean Sea. As Greek radio (ERT) reported on Sunday, citing the coastguard, at least four people have been missing since Saturday. The rubber dinghy had set off from Turkey and capsized off the small Greek island of Farmakonisi.
