A popular tradition will bring the elderly together for a tasty meal once again this year. The Shallow and Len Rush Lunch, for elderly residents of Lynn and Gaywood, will return this summer – as well as in winter to accommodate those who were unable to have a place at the last Christmas lunch due to high demands. The lunches are funded by the Lynn General Charities group and offer senior citizens the opportunity to go along for a free meal and get-together.
