Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], September 21 (ANI): Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Saturday released the book “Khaki Mein Sthitapragya” written by former Director General of Police of Uttarakhand, Anil Raturi, at the IRDT auditorium located at Survey Chowk, Dehradun.
