King Harald V of Norway, currently Europe’s oldest monarch, turned 87 on Wednesday, after facing recurring health issues over the past several years. To mark the occasion, the Norwegian royal family published a photo of the head of state in which Harald, wearing a black suit and red tie, offers a wide grin to the camera.
