Estonia’s security services believe Russia is behind the vandalism of the private cars of Interior Minister Lauri Läänemets and a journalist last year. Investigations have revealed that the 10 people arrested in the case since December were acting on behalf of the Russian secret services, authorities announced in Tallinn on Tuesday.
