The prosecutor’s office charged a Latvian citizen with traveling to Ukraine to commit an act of sabotage, reports Delfi. According to the newspaper, the accused is Ivan Tarabanov, and the hearing in the Riga City Court is scheduled for June 7. The prosecutor’s office said that Tarabanov is accused of attempting to illegally participate in an armed conflict and traveling for the purpose of terrorism. The suspect is currently in custody.
