GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A Kent County judge allowed Tuesday a lawsuit that asks the court to enforce Kristina Karamo’s removal as the Michigan Republican Party chairwoman to proceed, rejecting Karamo’s attempts to dismiss it. Judge J.
