Lifeboat crews in Sheerness were called to four incidents across a 12-hour window. Members of the RNLI team got their first call yesterday just after 2.30pm, and then the last call out was just after 2am today. The first was for lifeboat Judith Copping Joyce, when it was launched with a crew of six to reports of a jet ski, with two people onboard, that was drifting near the number four buoy in the Medway Approach Channel.
