Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], May 21 (ANI): Three staffers of the Raj Bhavan including the Governor’s Officer on Special Duty (OSD) were granted anticipatory bail by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Kolkata on Tuesday.
