A Russian man who fought for the Wagner Group in Ukraine has been arrested after shooting a business associate at a St. Petersburg restaurant. On March 18, a man named by local press as Alexey Isakov shot his business partner at point blank in Chabrets, a restaurant on the city’s Moskovsky Prospekt.
