Tributes have been paid to a ‘larger than life’ councillor who has died following an illness. South Norfolk councillor Stephen Ridley passed away earlier this month. He had represented Bunwell from May 2019 and more recently had served as chairman of a committee and board. A statement by South Norfolk Council said Mr Ridley died on March 11 following a short illness.
