The supervisor of a salon in Morris County who had been accused of sexually assaulting a teenage worker was sentenced Friday to three years in prison after pleading guilty to a lesser charge. Joseph Guzman, 44, supervisor at Joseph Vincent’s Salon in Mount Olive, pleaded guilty Oct. 27, 2023, in state court to one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
