Quetta (Balochistan) [Pakistan], July 21 (ANI): The Pakistani Army is reportedly planning to set up internment centres in Balochistan, like those previously set up in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and likened to the Guantanamo Bay prison complex reports the Balochistan Post.
