The 2024 Bishop’s Stortford Carnival was very much a game of two halves when it came to the weather. Luckily for all the parade participants – and spectators – who endured a torrential downpour late morning, they were able to dry off afterwards as the fun day on Sworder’s Field was blessed with warm sunshine throughout the afternoon.
