A group campaigning to reopen Southwell Swimming Pool has claimed that it would make economic sense to carry out repairs to the facility. The Friends of Southwell Swimming Pool has been lobbying for Newark and Sherwood District Council to repair the main pool at the leisure centre – and shared its views at a full council meeting on Wednesday, March 20.
