Plans have been confirmed for a Newbury hustings event ahead of the July 4 General Election. The political event will give residents the chance to ask parliamentary candidates questions on their party’s policies as well as their takes on local issues. The hustings will take place on Wednesday (June 26) at 7.30pm in St Nicolas Church and all seven candidates are expected to attend.
