Jamie Carragher has now praised Declan Rice for his qualities on the ball, with the Arsenal midfielder taking his game to a new level this season. The England international joined the Gunners last summer for a club-record fee, a £105m transfer that has somehow looked like a bargain for Arsenal with Rice arguably the best midfielder in the Premier League this season.
