It seems a lifetime ago that Wayne Rooney was last playing for Everton and even longer back that he was bursting onto the scene as a teenager. Rooney enjoyed two spells with his boyhood club. After coming through as a 15-year-old back in 2002, Rooney left to join Manchester United, where he went on to become the club’s record goalscorer.
