Sheffield Wednesday are set to take on Werder Bremen later this week before returning to Yorkshire. The Owls were beaten 4-0 by RB Salzburg over the weekend as Danny Rohl got the opportunity to see his nine new signings in action. Their first-half starting line-up was mostly the squad that avoided relegation last season, before the likes of Yan Valery, Svante Ingelsson and Jamal Lowe took to the pitch after the break. The latter’s chances to impress were very limited as he faced a Champions League backline, but will still have plenty of time to make his mark ahead of the Championship campaign….
