The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has separated procurement policy development and its implementation, thus adopting the standards of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), according to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The Ministry has established a Procurement Policy Department responsible for formulating procurement policy.
