Jersey City is in line for a multimillion-dollar windfall. Through the autonomous Jersey City Redevelopment Agency (JCRA), the city is expected to sell more than five acres of contaminated land near Jersey City Medical Center for $30 million, which includes the costs of infrastructure and new roads.
