Reinstated Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu has been captured in a viral video celebrating the results of the ongoing governorship election in the state. DAILY POST reports that electoral officials started uploading results from polling units across the state as early as 3 pm. According to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, 90.33 percent of the results from the polling units have been successfully uploaded to its Result Viewing Portal.
