One teenager is dead and another has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a car overturned on the M62. The driver of a grey Vauxhall Astra is believed to have lost control of the vehicle and hit the central barrier while travelling westbound near junction 21 at Milnrow, Rochdale, Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said. The car then crossed into the eastbound carriageway and overturned, a force spokesperson said.
