Germany’s minister for education and research, Bettina Stark-Watzinger, visited the Ukrainian capital of Kiev on Tuesday for the second time since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion. Stark-Watzinger sought to reassure Ukraine of Germany’s “unwavering” continued support “for as long as it takes.” The minister is being accompanied on her trip by a delegation of scientists and researchers.
