Several right-wing extremists allegedly attacked and injured a 24-year-old man in the west German city of Dortmund, police said on Sunday. A police spokesman said on Sunday evening that 13 people have been detained. Among them are right-wing extremists who are known to the state security services and have relevant criminal records.
