A mum-of-four who killed a “gregarious” grandfather in a hit-and-run has been jailed for four years. Naomi North, who has three previous convictions for drink-driving, mowed down disabled 72-year-old Bill Roache while he was using a Pelican crossing in New Road, Chatham on August 10 2020.
