Colorado is back in the Big 12 and hosted Baylor for its first game back. As the clock ticked down to zero — and even read zero — the Buffaloes appeared to be heading to 0-1 in conference play. One last heave from Shedeur Sanders was all they had after Will Sheppard dropped what could have been the game-tying touchdown. Sanders went back to the left side of the field and launched one into the endzone. Somehow, he connected with wide receiver LaJohntay Wester to put Colorado within an extra point of tying the guy.
