Federal authorities have charged a Toms River man with unlawfully entering the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021 after matching him to the jacket he wore that day. The jacket – captured in footage from Jan. 6 – bore the markings of, “Coppotelli Heavy Equipment Sales & Services, Inc.” in Toms River, and had a 732 phone number as well, an FBI agent wrote in a court document.
