The Colorado Republican Party is warning parents that there’s a good chance their children will become transgender if they are educated in the public school system. Local news station 9 News reports that the Colorado GOP sent out an email blast to supporters this week that informing them that “all Colorado parents should be aiming to remove their kids from public education” on grounds that leaving them there will “turn more kids trans.” There is no evidence that children can be forced to become transgender, let alone that being educated in public schools can push them to identify as such.
