New Delhi [India], January 21 (ANI): Moderate fog was reported over Haryana, Sub-Himalayan, West Bengal and Sikkim regions and shallow fog in isolated pockets of Punjab, Jammu Division, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Assam on Sunday evening, with a cold wave to severe cold wave conditions prevailing over most parts of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana and North Madhya Pradesh, the Meteorological department said.
