On a cold, windy track at Norwich Sportspark, several plucky Ryston juniors took part in the first of the Athletics Norfolk QuadKids series of 2024. The event featured, on the administration and officiating side, Rebecca Tuff and Lindsey Clare, who had both run in the London Marathon last year, worthy recipients of the club places, but happy to have a subsequent engagement this time round.
