The number of Palestinians killed in the Gaza Strip since the war between Israel and Hamas erupted on October 7 has passed 25,000, the health officials in the territory said on Sunday. The number killed now stands at 25,105 and the number of injured at more than 62,680, the Hamas-run Health Ministry said. Within 24 hours, 178 people had been killed in Israeli ground and air attacks on the coastal strip. The figures make no distinction between civilians and fighters.
