Eight retired and active members of the Taiwanese military on Thursday were sentenced to prison for up to 13 years for leaking classified information to China. The Taiwan High Court said the eight defendants were handed sentences ranging from a year and a half up to 13 years for crimes including violating the National Security Law, delivering classified information and accepting bribes.
