Motorola has been consistently releasing new G-series smartphones in different markets. So far, it has released the Moto G64 5G, Moto G85 5G, and Moto G45 5G. Recent reports have revealed that the brand is also working on the Moto G35 5G, an entry-level 5G phone. New reports suggest that the company is also planning to launch another G-series phone called the Moto G55.

Official Moto G55 5G images leaked

Popular insider Evan Blass has shared images of the upcoming Moto G55 from the front. The presence of a thick bottom bezel clearly indicates that this will be a budget offer. On the right side of the phone is the volume rocker and the power button. The bottom panel has a 3.5 mm audio jack, microphone, USB-C port and speaker grill. Unfortunately, there are no images revealing the design of the back of the phone.

Moto G55 5G RAM, storage, color options

Moto G55 will come in a single variant with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. It will be available in gray, green, and purple colors. There is currently no information on the main specifications of the device.

The same report states that the G35 will be available in 4GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB variants. It will likely be available in colors such as red, green, and black. A recent report claimed that it will have a Unisoc T760 chip, 8 G RSM, Android 14, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 20W charging capability,

The Moto G55 5G will replace the Moto G54, which debuted in September 2023. So, it looks like the G55 could be officially unveiled around the same time this year. As for the G35, it is also expected to make its debut in various markets soon.
