A collision between three vehicles in the early hours of Sunday morning (21 January) left two people with serious injuries, Cambridgeshire police have confirmed. A silver Toyota Corolla, a red Vauxhall Astra and a white Renault Trafic van were involved in the collision at about 1.40am in Houghton Road (A1123), between Houghton and St Ives. Emergency services attended the scene and closed the road. The Renault driver, a man in his 20s, was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon with serious, but not life-threatening, injuries.
