Police have launched an investigation after a man was found with serious injuries near a Kent harbour. Officers were called to South Street, Folkestone, at about 8am yesterday after the man was seen walking around the area with injuries to his arm and bruising to his face. Patrols were pictured guarding the scene in Harbour Street, close to the town’s popular harbour arm.
