MONROE COUNTY, Fla. \- A Key West man was arrested Sunday morning after allegedly pointing a gun at two people during a road rage incident. The incident occurred around 10:49 a.m. on Stock Island. According to reports, 51-year-old Rene Cardenas Meulener brandished a 9mm handgun at two individuals on Shrimp Road.
