Things didn’t get much better for Purdue after its horrific loss to Notre Dame last weekend, as the Boilermakers were dressed down at Oregon State 38-21 late Saturday night in Corvallis. The Beavers ran for 345 yards against a beleaguered Purdue defense that couldn’t get off the field in the second half. Purdue committed an early red-zone turnover, then was stopped on a fourth down in another red-zone opportunity, and really did little else the rest of the way.
