US Secretary of State Antony Blinken met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem on Tuesday on his latest trip to the region, as Israel and the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah exchanged renewed fire. The meeting was the first in a round of “intensive discussions” that Blinken is due to hold in the Middle East.
