The European Union will provide 1.9 billion euros to Ukraine next week. The aid is being provided under the €50 billion Ukraine Facility program, says Valdis Dombrovskis, Vice President of the European Commission. “On the Ukraine Facility: Ukraine should receive €1.9 billion in pre-financing next week,” Dombrovskis said.
