In 2022, the 53 year old journalist announced her departure from the BBC and now co-hosts The News Agents podcast with Jon Sopel and Lewis Goodall. Maitlis was recently depicted in the Netflix film Scoop, which chronicles her Newsnight interview with the Duke of York where she questioned him about his ties with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
